潜在研究方向：

1. Dissecting dynamics and heterogeneity of chromatin state transitions at the onset of X-chromosome inactivation through single-cell epigenetics, single-molecule footprinting and Micro-Capture-C. 

2. Tracking the evolution of regulatory principles governing the onset of X-inactivation through comparative analysis of human, primate and mouse pluripotent stem cells. 

3. Undercovering the rules that underlie signal decoding by cis-regulatory landscapes through construction of synthetic loci and quantitative tuning of input signals.

岗位需求：

系统表观遗传学团队正在寻找一位积极性高、热情高、具有表观遗传学或基因调控背景的博士后研究人员。加入他们的工作，共同参与研究哺乳动物基因定量控制的复杂机制。结合理论方法与各种实验技术，如基因组分析、CRISPR screens 和定量基因编辑。以Xist基因为模型，研究(1)定量信息是如何解码；（2）如何整合多种信号；以及（3）不同的转录状态如何通过表观遗传记忆来维持。
 

成功的候选人将是一个充满激情的研究者，拥有生物学或相关领域的博士学位，且在基因组工程、干细胞培养、基因组学或定量生物学方面有一定的经验。
