For our team in Eschborn/Frankfurt, we are looking for
Position 1: Logistic&Warehouse Manager
Your tasks：
Coordination of domestic and international shipments, verification of schedule compliance, preparation of transport relevant documents, pay attention to all freight invoices
Regular communication and close cooperation with third-party warehouse in Germany and France, especially stock list, inventory etc.
Organization and follow-up of transports for our customer, incl. coordination with carriers and transport service providers, close cooperation with the internal sales team
Supporting the HQ teams in elaborations, projects and trade fair preparations
Continuous improvement of internal and cross-divisional processes
Our requirements：
Successfully completed higher education, ideally in the field of supply chain and logistics services
Understanding of logistical processes and their handling desirable
Committed and clear communication as well as pleasure in the cooperation with internal and external interfaces
Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
Good SAP user knowledge and MS Office skills
Position 2: Financial BP
Your tasks：
Responsible for the account management in accordance with the local standards
Assisting in financial data support and analysis on the business side to ensure a smooth business model
Deep understanding of business development and continual optimization of internal financial process
Responsible for the external communication with house bank, tax advisor and local financial department
Supporting other daily financial issues
Our requirements：
Familiar with local financial standards and tax laws, financial knowledge of the EU region is a plus
3-5 years related work experience
Proficiency in German and English
Proficiency in the use of various financial statement software
