中国移动意大利子公司应业务需求现招聘以下工作岗位:

业务运营助理

Business Operations Assistant

工作内容: 负责移动业务 SIM Card 业务的日常运营，包括用户订单/工单处理、渠道 销售支撑、客户服务支撑和账单和运营商间报表分析等工作。

Job Purpose: Responsible for daily operations of the mobile business, including dealing with subscriber orders, channel sales support, customer services support, billing and business report analysis, etc.

要求:

意大利语母语优先，熟悉英语、普通话;

财务、数据分析、商业管理学历背景优先;

有 1 年以上工作经验, 拥有电信行业, 运营支撑相关经验优先考虑 (也欢迎较少工作经验的优秀毕业生);

具备基础移动网络、GDPR 政策、物流管理/客户服务支撑等相关知识优先考虑。 
 

Requirements:

Proficiency in Italian, good in English and Mandarin an add-on.

Degree holder in Finance, Data Analysis, Business Management or Marketing.

1+ years of work experience (Less experience and outstanding graduate can beconsidered).

Experience gained from Mobile Network Operator is highly preferred.

市场营销助理

Marketing Executive Assistant

工作内容: 负责移动业务市场营销业务的策划与执行，包括营销规划、市场调研、营 销活动策划与执行、广告宣传投放管理等工作。

Job Purpose: Responsible for marketing of the mobile business, including marketing planning, market research, marketing campaign planning and execution etc.

要求:

 意大利语流利，熟悉英语、普通话;

市场营销、商业管理相关专业学历优先;

有 1 年市场营销相关工作经验, 拥有电信行业市场营销相关经验优先考虑(也欢迎较少工作经验的优秀毕业生);

具备基础移动网络、GDPR 政策、客户服务等相关知识优先考虑。
