Work Environment

As the Employer Branding Team, we shape the employer brand image for Audi through an array of events and a mix of marketing and communications targeted for specific groups. We represent the exciting interface between Human Resources and potential applicants and thereby contribute to the attractiveness of AUDI AG as an employer.

Job Purpose/Role

You support the organisation and implementation of career fairs and professional conferences (e.g. Hannover Messe, Formula Student Germany) as well as workshops, for which fair briefings are created and contacts with departments are maintained 

You attend to various strategic and cross-departmental projects, such as with innovation formats such as the “careerloft” 

You support events for graduates and experienced professionals, particularly Audi formats such as “Audi CareerDay China” 

You also compile content for our social media channels such as Facebook and Twitter

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

You study business administration, marketing, communications or the like 

Initial experience in event organisation and communication are a plus 

Excellent knowledge of MS Office 

Affinity for Web 2.0 and social media 

Excellent language skills 

Ability to work in a team and strong social skills 

Class B driving licence
