工作内容
For our preexperience and postexperience Recruitment & Admissions departments, an opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Officer (M/F) – 40 hours (1,0 Fulltime equivalent) in the RSM China Office Chengdu in Sichuan province, China.
JOB POSITION
The main objective of the RSM China Office Chengdu is to set up and execute RSM student recruitment activities in the PRC, including substantial Chinese web presence. Thus, a significant increase of enrolment by attracting high quality Chinese students on behalf of the Bachelor programme International Business Administration (IBA) and our 14 Master (MSc) programmes. If successful, the focus of the Recruitment Officer will be expanded to include our 3 postexperience MBA programmes (International Fulltime MBA, Executive and Global Executive OneMBA).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Contributing to the preparation of a recruitment plan for the Chinese market including online and social media
Organizing and executing (online) recruitment activities in (Western) China
Providing excellent customer service as well as accurate and timely advice to prospective students regarding RSM’s pre-experience programmes
Contributes actively to the continuous development of the recruitment process
Lead management through CRM (Microsoft dynamics)
工作要求
EDUCATION
Higher professional or academic degree obtained in The Netherlands.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Prior working experience within higher education, especially with digital marketing and the use of (Microsoft Dynamics) CRM is a plus
Effective communication skills to handle routine enquiries and regular liaison with faculty members, senior staff and students, in English and Dutch
Strong client focus; has demonstrable experience of providing firstclass customer services
Fluent in Mandarin and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Well-organized, detailoriented and efficient
Strong interpersonal skills, good networker, commercial aptitude
Team player
Preferably working experience (internships included) within ‘customer service or sales’
Chinese background
Studied in The Netherlands (a higher professional or academic degree)
