本次招聘会不是一场简单的招聘会。

The Fair is more of a job fair. 

通过简历收集、标签化处理与针对性推送，它对接了高端企业和海归校友之间的需求，拉近了两者之间的距离；

It collects CVs from Alumni. They would be tagged and pushed to relevant enterprises that bridges the gap between employees and employers

酒会环节中，成功校友/嘉宾的经验分享，为参会校友提供了无与伦比的学习与社交机会。

In the cock tail party after the job fair,  successful Alumni and guests would share their experience, which gives a good chance for junior alumni to learn and social. 

机会一级棒，名额却有限。

1 与会人数限制 Limitation on the number of attendees

本次招聘会仅限1000名海归校友参加，酒会上限人数150人，先到先得哦。严格控制人数是为了更好地保证企业与人才的沟通效率。

1000 for the job fair and 150 for the cocktail party.the control is to ensure the efficient communication bettwen talents and enterprieses.
