Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly formed team within Study Group. As a result of our dedicated sales success in North America we have a pipeline of new University Partnerships to launch over the next 18 months. This strategic teams remit is to drive the sales effort for these University Partnerships across the region. As we expand our portfolio of partners, we will look to this launch team to implement and drive sales for the first intakes.
This is an opportunity to be part of something new and challenging. As our business grows this Global Product Team will achieve new student enrolment and profit goals for their portfolio of programs, in this specific role for new products. As Brand guardians they will achieve this by developing and marketing the newly launched programmes/centres to clients throughout the world and enabling the Agent Sales Teams to do the same.
The Position
You will be tasked to:
New Student Enrolment (NSE) responsibility for New Products across all Channels
Creation & execution of Sales Action Plan with the partner university and channel teams
Deliver product education and training across Partner Sales, Agent, Feeder and Digital network.
Work with marketing on pricing/competitor insights and product/centre scoping
Coordinate university in- market visits and university-sought market insights
Represent centre/brand at exhibitions and recruitment events and ensure NSE budgets are met by centre/program.
Your Profile
You will be a highly motivated individual, ideally with the following characteristics:
Tertiary educated, preferably from a US university.
Fluency in English, and ideally a second language.
CRM knowledge, preferably salesforce.com.
Normally 3 - 5 years of experience in product sales and marketing within the North American Education industry
Experience in successfully executing conversion and sales strategies
Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and the challenges within this industry
