Business Development Manager

 

China Mobile International German office would like to hire a Business Development Manager who will be in charge of prospection and development of business in market of Germany and other European country (carrier/enterprise).

 

Key Duties

 

Prospecting, detecting and identifying business opportunities, developing the customer portfolio and relationships with potential customers

 

Establish new customer relationships and explore potential business opportunities

 

Develop and implement sales strategies to explore new customers and opportunities to maximize sales prospects and market penetration

 

Study capabilities of company to take charge of a project. Communicate customer’s requirement to the technical team

 

Promote China Mobile International's products and solutions to customers by organizing or participating in activities such as workshops, events, and promotional campaigns

 

 

 

BID management, coordinating internal resources to prepare the tender and meet customer requirements

 

Develop the commercial proposal by coordinating internal resources: technical, financial, legal ...

 

Negotiate with clients, liaise with the internal department to ensure that the solution meets the customer's requirements, establish a sales model and support agreement for new customers

 

 

 

Follow up the contract and ensure all the commitments are well respected

 

In collaboration with the pre-sales engineer, organize the project launch meeting

 

Present commercial proposal: customer requests, project objectives etc

 

Work closely with HQ and other subsidiaries to maximize the company's performance, sales targets and business objectives

 

 

Generate customer loyalty by maintaining good relationship with customers throughout the contractual period, keep tracking on requirements and detecting new opportunities  

 

Provide world-class customer after-sales service, including service performance evaluation, process improvement etc., maintain and strengthen customer loyalty

 

Compile the Sales Performance Report for management review

 

Responsible for account management and daily operational and sales operations

 

 

 

Profile and experience needed 

 

Profile hunter, knowledge on the supply of telecommunications carriers is essential

 

Sales experience in telecommunication companies is a plus

 

Knowledge about international carriers is necessary

 

Proficient in Sales tool (Salesforce, reporting, etc.)

 

Flexibility, adaptability and entrepreneurial spirit

 

Excellent in German and English, proficient in Chinese will be a plus

Pre-sales Manager

 

 

China Mobile International German Office would like to hire a presales manager who will work closely with the sales team, provide technical solutions according to customer’s requirements and prepare tender responses.

 

Key Duties

 

Customer requirement analysis and project technical feasibility study

 

Join appointments with sales engineer to detect customer requirement

 

Assist sales engineer in analyzing, identifying and qualifying customer requirement and proposing network topology solutions according to customer requirement

 

Study capabilities of company to take charge of a project. Communicate customer’s requirement to the technical team

 

Be in charge of product development strategy

 

Participate in preparation of tender response

 

Write the technical presentation of the business proposal

 

Based on the proposed technical solution, design an appropriate pricing proposal by implementing the pricing strategies and policies defined by pricing department.  Ensure the feasibility of the project as well as its cost-effectiveness

 

Work with sales engineer to provide the most appropriate commercial solution according to client's requirement

 

Participate in negotiation under the support of sales engineer

 

Assist the sales engineer with clients in order to provide a technical support and opinion; Answer customers' questions and reassure them by appropriate technical arguments

 

Involve in the preparation of technical arguments and different point of view

 

Assist the sales engineer during the arguments as a technical contact with the customer: Present the technical proposals / elements of network architecture

 

Suppliers development and management

 

Study European telecom carrier market, learn about new potential suppliers via Internet, fairs and forums, previous databases; keep tracking the commercial situation of the competitors

 

Develop and update dashboards in order to establish a complete database

 

Negotiate with each supplier in terms of quality, price, deadlines and associated services, considering the technical and commercial objectives

 

Evaluate the quality of suppliers and optimize the profitability of the offers

 

 

Participate in project launch

 

Organize the internal and external kick off meeting in collaboration with the customer, the sales, the network engineer and project team

 

Present commercial proposal: clients’ requests, project target, presentation of the chosen solution, planning to follow

 

Deploy technical experts in the preparation of the technical solution

 

 

 

Profile and experience needed

 

Telecom engineering degree

 

Minimum 3-5 years of experiences in telecommunication field

 

Strong technical knowledge (Ethernet, MPLS VPN and IP SEC VPN, Internet, VoIP, Cloud, SD-WAN, ICT…)

 

Effective, sense of anticipation, team spirit

 

Excellent in Chinese, German and English
