Work Scope:
Global business Power Planning & Development
Responsibilities:
Support Power strategy design and implementation of the designed strategy to achieve tangible results in different Power business scenarios
Support implementation of Power market launch and corresponding network development by different tactics
Drive on-going operation design and improvement, to optimize operational efficiency and user experience
Rotate within the following scopes, and choose a specific scope after rotation:
Power Planning & Strategy
Power Market Launch & Network Development
Power Operation & Business Analysis
Qualificaitons
Bachelor’s Degree or above
Fluent in English (both oral and written)
Critical thinking skills
Strong skills in communication, result-oriented, priority management, and time management
Fast and proactive learner with optimistic attitude
Interested in the electronic vehicle and new energy industries

工作范围 The scope of work:
Sparks:海外市场用户运营 Global Business department User Operation
主要工作职责 Major responsibilities:
基于海外市场销售目标,和海外团队共同制定目标达成策略,并确保有效实施
Based on overseas sales target, collobarate with overseas team to develop strategies to achieve the target,and ensure effective implementation.
负责海外市场用户运营整体运营流程及标准体系的搭建
Responsible for setting up the overall operation process and standard system of user operation
负责海外市场用户增长模型的设计和落地策略
Responsible for the design of user growth model and landing strategy in overseas market
负责必要的市场调研活动
Responsible for necessary market research activities
任职要求 Qualifications
基本要求Basic Qualification
教育程度 Education: 本科及以上 Bachelor degree or above
语言能力 Language skill: 出色的(中英文)沟通表达能力 Excellent communication skills (both Chinese and English)

主要工作职责 Major responsibilities:
服务策略 strategy & business analyze
负责必要的市场调研活动,并完成市场调研报告
Responsible for necessary market research activities,and complete the market research report.
根据市场调研报告,挖掘售后业务整体发展趋势,并结合NIO的服务理念,推动欧洲整体售后服务策略的创新及落地
Based on market research, explore the after-sales market trend, combine NIO's service concept to promote the innovation and implementation of the overall after-sales service strategy in Europe.
运营管理 operation management
协助国家公司service团队,制定售后服务整体运营流程及标准体系的搭建
Assist country hub service department, Formulate the overall operation process of after-sales service and the establishment of standard system.
根据实际运营情况,定期整理售后运营报告,并从中发现问题,推动各方共同解决
According to the actual operation situation, regularly organize after-sales operation reports, and find risk, coordinate related team to work through the issue.
项目管理 project management
协助业务团队管理售后各项目readiness,跟踪整体项目进度
Assist team to do project management, follow up the service project timeline.
梳理项目中潜在风险项,周度跟踪并拉通部门间协同及问题处理
Sort out potential risk items in the project, weekly tracking and facilitating inter-departmental coordination and problem handling
任职要求 Qualifications
基本要求Basic Qualification
教育程度 Education: 国内外名校本科/硕士/MBA Bachelor/Master/MBA
专业要求 Major:汽车工程专业优先 prefer automotive engineer
语言能力 Language skill: 出色的(中英文)沟通表达能力 Excellent communication skills (both Chinese and English)
其他要求 Others:PMP证书/多国语言 PMP/multi-lingual
