Job title 5: 仓库操作管理主管
工作地点：荷兰
薪资：面议
主要职责：
-根据总部的规划，制定各个仓库的交付SLA；
-根据业务和仓库的实际情况，设定SOP，规范化操作流程；
-定期组织会议，制定工作目标和计划，监管和跟进各区域执行标准化流程；
-协调各部门与仓库端的各项工作，保证信息传达到位并监督反馈落实情况；
任职资格：
-3年以上操作管理经验；
-具备较强沟通管理能力，能够独立沟通和处理仓库管理事务，设计标准化操作流程；
-熟练使用 WMS 等仓储管理系统，对仓库作业流程及优化有较好见解；
-具备较强的责任心和团队精神，能承受一定工作压力；
-具备较强的发现问题及解决问题的能力，善于发现仓库运作中存在的问题并及时解决；
-英文流利，其他语言加分。
