With the aim to assist us in our expansion on the european market, we are currently seeking for a Finance Accountant.

The position is based in Düsseldorf (Germany).

02.About the role

In collaboration with external tax advisers as well as internal collaborators to review the VAT declaration process, your main missions will be:

Input the expense invoices into System for payment, Expense checking & contral against internal policy and tax law, arrange payments timely and reconciliation with vendors regularly

Monthly expense analysis reports, ROI analysis, cost down suggestion and implementation

Preparing all documents needed for the monthly tax declaration in time

Coorperate with tax advisor and clarify accounting details and problems

Carry out monthly reconciliations between VAT posted and VAT declared

Monthly intrashandel statistic report

Lettering, filing

Inventory management

03.Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting or related majors

Languages: Good command of English and Germany (Oral and Written), speak Chinese will be an advantage

Experience: Above 1 year working experience in accounting, with Gerneral Ledger or tax experience will be an advantage

Proficiency in MS Office, experience in SAP will be a plus

Able to work under pressue

Independence, rigour, love challenges, strong sense of responsibility, interpersonal and teamwork skills are desirable assets to success in this position
