About the Job

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the HR HQ team in China to provide effective HR solutions for business department, and establish an HR management system;

Responsibilities

Keep vehicle inventory and quality at reasonable range to fulfill the orders of FR mainland and British islands.

Maintain logistics damage to lower level through various means or with the help of third-party agencies, and promptly make relevant claims.

Provide spare parts or tools support for VPC, PDl, logistics damage or product defect repair, and technical upgrades of vehicles.

Identify potential risks, take measures in advance to avoid accidents, additional expenses, or delays.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Department within BYD Europe is responsible for developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies specific to the European region, and create comprehensive plans that resonate with the European target audience. Our team works collaboratively to optimize brand visibility, increase market share, and drive business growth within the European market.

Definition of the Country Marketing Plan in line with business objectives and Global Marketing Strategic Guidelines.

Plan and Lead execution of National Events, conducting post event analysis to understand effectiveness of action and feed insights internally.

Develop and manage regional advertising/digital campaigns across local market, in conjunction with appointed agency.

Due to the expansion of our activities, BYD France is looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven After Sales Manager for Passenger Cars team. In this position you will play an important role in setting up the After Sales activities in the designated region regarding Passenger Cars.

As the After Sales Manager Passenger Cars, you are responsible for building and maintaining a strong and customer focused After Sales service level in the France. You will establish and maintain the network of local dealers and dealer groups, focusing on high quality and mutual satisfaction. You will play an important role in developing and maintaining service products and After Sales propositions, and you will secure that the warranty procedure is carried out correctly.

Responsibilities

Drive and develop partners’ service preparation, execution and service performance assessment, establish annual service target and ensure the goal achievement, steering the partner’s continuous service level improvement.

Coordinate with legal and commercial team to sign After-sales agreement if new distributors are appointed.

Regional regular visit, organize meeting, workshop and other activities with regional partners, review the business plan. Be responsible for the after-sales projects development, execution and assessment.

Secure the quality of our service network by timely training, tooling and other supportive materials.

Regional customer satisfaction management (NPS), assist partners to close customer complaint in time, Goodwill authorization and management.

Investigate and collect Market information and cooperate with HQ for business plan and strategy.

Coordinate with Customer Service team to achieve customer satisfaction goals.

Coordinate the spare parts deliveries in close cooperation with the Supply Chain team and steering parts service level improvement.

Coordinate the after-market activities and service campaign implementation.

About the perfect candidate

Bachelor or master plus working and thinking level, acquired by education or work experience.

Experienced as After Sales Manager within an OEM environment (mobility, preferably automotive).

Proven leadership skills; at least 5-8 years managerial experience is required.

Affinity with electric mobility.

Willing to travel on a frequent basis within the territory and abroad (including potential trips to China).

Strong communication and negotiation skills and excellent knowledge of Franch, English. Chinese is a plus.
