Position
职位

1.Analyst – Major commodity market (Drybulk and/or liquid bulk)
1.分析员——大宗商品（干散或液散）

Key responsibilities:

The Analysts will provide granular understanding and analysis of i) Industry demand for key drybulk and/or liquid bulk commodities； ii) Domestic and international trade of such commodities； iii) Industrial policy environments and other factors impacting commodity markets. Detailed responsibilities include but not limited to:
 
·Commodity Demand – understanding and forecasting of end-use sectors that drive commodity demand such as construction, infrastructure, autos, machinery, etc；knowledge of the commodity intensity of end-use sectors； comprehensive coverage of direct consumers of our commodities – e.g. mills, furnaces, refineries, smelters, and the production value chain.
·Commodity supply – knowledge of global commodity supply chains； understanding key players’ supply options (including reserve and asset base)； tracking of industrial policy impacting supply chains；
·Monitor fundamental economic and industrial developments, and analyse its impact on domestic and international trade. 

主要职责：

分析i）大宗干散或液散行业需求ii）大宗商品的国内和国际贸易 iii）产业政策环境和影响大宗商品市场的其他因素。具体工作内容包括但不限于：
·大宗商品需求——研究和预测推动大宗商品需求的终端消费行业，如建筑、基础设施、汽车、机械等；分析这些行业大宗商品使用情况； 综合分析大宗商品直接消费企业，如钢厂、炼油厂等，了解其生产价值链。
·大宗商品供应——分析全球商品供应链；了解主要参与者的供应链战略；跟踪影响供应链发展的产业政策；
·跟踪基本经济和工业发展情况，分析其对国内和国际贸易的影响。 

Requirement:

To succeed in this role, you will have:
 
·Relevant experience in a discipline that can be meaningfully applied to commodity market analysis and trading, a range of academic qualifications will be considered to make up the complement of the analytical team: business, engineering, economics, commerce, mathematics, programming, etc..economics preferred;
·An understanding of how commodity market analysis develops, its drivers and factors that impact market development and global supply chain；
·Numerical, analytical, independent research
·Good communication skills to enable the presentation of complex information and analysis to internal team and external clients；
·An ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key contacts and clients；
·An understanding of some aspects of commodity markets or forecasting techniques；
·Bachelor degree or above
·Mandarin fluent, English business level for both written and oral English, and Knowledge of other languages at business level will be a plus
 

相关经验及要求： 

·能将相关经验运用于大宗商品分析，须有经济、商业、数学、工程、程序设计相关学历，经济相关学历优先；
·善于并能独立进行数据分析；
·良好的沟通能力，能够向同事及客户解说复杂的信息及分析；
·能够与客户建立并维持有效关系；
·理解商品市场，能够进行预测；
·本科以上学历
·普通话流利，英语口语与书写流利，其他语言达到工作水平可以加分
