关于职位:

We are currently recruiting for a Chinese speaking Sales Administrator for a successful start up Home and Beauty brand based in Harrow, London. The successful candidate will be expected to perform general clerical and administration duties. This role will be working closely with marketing and sales team. 

 

Main Duties:

Taking orders through telephone and email

Processing all orders onto the system/s

Supporting or liaising with sales team and production team in Hong Kong and China

Dealing with customer enquiries and resolve any problems, raising invoices, issue credit notes or expenses.

Develop business relationships through telesales and customer contact

Work with credit control regarding any outstanding debts

Updating and maintaining customer database

General sales and marketing support

 

skills:

Previous sales administration and order processing experience is essential

Experience of working in a busy and fast paced working environment

Experience of processing invoices

Strong work ethic with a thirst for learning

Attention to detail and checking data accuracy

Good customer service and telephone manner 

Previous telesales experience would be ideal. 

Good communications skills / Willing to work as a team

Hardworking, proactive, dependable, reliable and well organised

Fluent in Cantonese / Mandarin and English (read / write)

Multi-tasker with impeccable attention to detail and adaptable
