Huawei’s German Research Center in Munich is responsible for advanced technical research, architecture evolution design and strategic technical planning.

For our internal support in Munich, we are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who would like to support our work as

Laboratory Management Specialist (m/f)

in Leased Labor  

Your Responsibilities:

•Planning and Construction of new Laboratories: responsible for the overall planning and construction of laboratory including demand management and related construction project management;

•Management of existing Laboratories: define and implement local laboratory management regulations in line with requirements from Headquarters and the German law especially for the following LAB related areas: 

1EHS management：Identify security risks, develop management measures and supervise the implementation of these measures,

2Materials and asset management incl physical security of assets and materials,

3Act as point of contact for the daily operation such as instrument calibration, network, electricity and air-conditioning maintenance

Our Requirements:

•Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field;

•Minimum of 2 years relevant practical experience in LAB management or facility project management;

•Familiar with German law and local regulations related to EHS and LAB management;

•Able to interact with all management levels within the company and represent the company professionally towards externals;

•Fluency in English and German (written and spoken), Chinese Mandarin will be considered a plus;

•Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);

•Excellent interpersonal skills combined with team spirit, experience with Asian business culture will be considered a plus;

•Independent, well-organized and structured working style with a hands-on, can-do attitude.

This is a fixed-term position in leased labor.

实验室管理专家（M／F）

你的责任：

•规划和建设新的实验室：负责实验室的总体规划和建设，包括需求管理和相关的建设项目管理；

•管理现有实验室：根据总部和德国法律的要求，确定和执行当地实验室管理条例，特别是以下实验室相关领域：

1ehs管理：识别安全风险，制定管理措施并监督实施这些措施，

资产和材料2材料与资产管理包括物理安全，

3act为日常工作，如仪器校准，网络接触点，电和空调维修

我们的要求：

工程或相关专业学士学位；

•至少2年在实验室管理或设施项目管理方面的相关实践经验；

熟悉德国法律和与EHS和实验室管理有关的地方法规；

•能够与各级管理层在公司代表公司向外部专业；

•流利的英语和德语（书面和口头），普通话为佳；

熟练掌握微软办公软件（Word，Excel，PowerPoint，Outlook）；

•优秀的人际交往能力和团队精神，有亚洲企业文化经验者优先考虑；

•独立、有组织、有条理的工作作风，有动手、能做的态度。

这是租赁劳动的固定期限。
