招聘岗位：

Associate Consultant

岗位职责：

1.Consistently bring in high quality candidates through head-hunting activities;

2.Build an extensive referral network; 

3.Work closely with Team Manager to develop long-term and trusted relationships with clients by attaining a comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of the organisation, its culture and resourcing requirements;

4.Generate new business opportunities and new contacts during the daily business;

5.Provide a professional and solutions-based consultancy service to clients; 

6.Work closely with Team Manager to deal with clients and candidates;

7.Meet and exceed all key performance indicators such as client and candidate activity and advertisement sales;

8.Select and match candidates for assignments including managing the interview process, salary negotiations and candidate management;

9.Develop expertise in your designated industry and identify new business opportunities for Robert Walters;

10.Uphold and demonstrate RW corporate values and adheres to internal policies;

11.Have demonstrated knowledge of standard Profile procedures.

职位要求：

1.Bachelor degree, fresh or 1-3 years working experience;

2.Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill;

3.Demonstrates high level of integrity, despite facing challenges;

4.Demonstrates leadership and motivation;

5.Approachable and accessible, entrepreneurial, energetic, resilient and dynamic team player;

6.Sales-driven and ambitious with a passion for recruitment industry

7.Previous recruitment experience is a plus;

8.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
