Job Title: Multilingual Translation Checker

Source language: Chinese

Target language: English

RWS China (www.rws.com) is seeking for full-time multilingual translation checkers based in Beijing/Xi’an/Rizhao.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1.Word-by-word checking of the translations of patent application and examination documents

2.Adapting existing translations to conform to translation style guide if needed

3.Organizing training sessions for translators based on the checking feedback

QUALIFICATION

1.English mother tongue with a degree in Chinese, preferably combined with another language

2.Good understanding and knowledge of technical terminology.

3.Previous experience of CAT-software is an advantage.

SALARY: 12-16k RMB per month with annual bonus.
